SALON POLICIES and GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Welcome to Elite hair Lounge. During your time here we will commit to providing the best possible service. We have some policies that have been put in place to enhance everyones experience with us.
  • Cancelation policy – we require at minimum of 24 hr notice to avoid a cancelation fee of £20 added to your next appointment.
  • Late arrivals – if you are more than 10 min late you will be charged a late fee of £10 if you are excessively late we regret that we may need to alter or reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a fee of £20 upon rebooking.
  • Appointments  – please arrive 5 min prior to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving due to our high demand.
  • Skin test – you are required to have skin test 48hrs prior to your colour service.
  • Detangling – please arrive to your appointment with your hair detangled so we can get you started right away. If you don’t you may have to pay a detangling fee.
  • No call no show –  you will be charged 100% of the price of service missed upon booking your next appointment.
  • Extra guest, please be aware we have a no extra guest policy and a no children policy.
  • Pricing – prices may be subject to change after a consultation.
  • Methods of payment – we accept all major credit debit and master cards elite hair lounge gift cards and cash.
  • Return policy- all products and services are non refundable.
  • Loyalty cards – receive a loyalty card on your 3rd appointment. replacement cards are £1. Rewards are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift cards – gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
