  • Welcome to Elite Hair Lounge - During your time here we commit to providing the best possible service. We have some policies that have been put in place to enhance your experience with us.

  • No service for Children under 12 years - To ensure all our guest have the best possible experience with great ambiance,  unfortunately we do not service children under 12 years of age.

  • Cancellation policy – We require a Minimum of 2 working days notice to avoid losing your deposit, this may be done via phone call, email or directly on the app if you booked online. Deposits are non refundable and will be held on your account.

  • Late arrivals – If you are more than 10 min late you will be charged a late fee of £10 if you are excessively late we regret that we may need to alter or reschedule your appointment and you will lose your deposit if we have to reschedule you.

  • Appointments  – Please arrive 5 min prior to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving due to our high demand.

  • Deposits- Deposits are required for all bookings and vary in cost from £25 -£75 dependent on the service you are having done. All deposits are non-refundable and will be held on your account if you cancel at least 2 working days prior to your appointment (we're closed Sunday and Monday].

  • Skin test – you are required to have skin test 48hrs prior to your colour service.

  • Detangling – please arrive at your appointment with your hair detangled so we can get you started right away. If you don’t you will have to pay a detangling fee.

  • No call, no show –  you will lose your deposit.

  • Extra guests - please be aware we have a no extra guest policy and a no children policy.

  • Filming - You must ask permission upon booking to film footage for vlogging purposes.

  • Pricing – prices may be subject to change after a consultation. Salon prices may be subject to change without notice. 

  • Methods of payment – we accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard, Elite Hair Lounge gift cards, and cash.

  • Return policy - all products and services are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards – gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
